The University has developed a Training and Development policy so as to ensure that its staff benefit from relevant training, as well as contributing into human resource development and retention. This policy shall guide the University in sending its staff for training based on need and also for relevant skills development. Being a new institution, the University requires staff with requisite skills and qualifications to man its various units for efficient delivery of services. This will be achieved through the operationalisation of this Staff Training and development Policy. The training shall be conducted based on the Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
