This is to inform all Year 1 Students (2023 Intake) interested in changing their programme/course and meets the minimum programme requirements to apply via the link below.

When filling the online application form, ensure that the KCSE Index number has the year of KCSE e.g., 36626207122/2022.
The University of Eldoret inter/intra-school transfer will be open as from 13th September 2023 and will close on 21st September, 2023 at 5pm. Applications received after the deadline will not be processed. Submission of more than one application will lead to automatic disqualification.

Visit the KUCCPS website: https://students.kuccps.net/login/ to log into your KUCCPS portal to access all the possible weighted cluster points according to the subjects you did in KCSE. Compare your cluster weight of the programme you would like to transfer to with minimum cut-off point of the University programme. Apply only if your cluster point for the desired programme is higher or equal to the cut-off point and when you meet the minimum subject requirements. Download cutoff and guidelines below:
