I hope this message finds you well. Congratulations once again on successfully completing your academic journey at University of Eldoret.

We are pleased to inform you that the certificate collection process will commence on Monday, January 15th, 2024. In order to receive your certificates, you must complete full clearance with all departments and sections of the university.

Please take note of the following instructions:

1. Clearance Procedure:
   Ensure you have obtained clearance from all relevant departments and sections, including but not limited to the academic department, library, and finance.

2. Collection Dates:
   Once you have successfully completed online clearance, the next step is to request certificate collection.

   Certificate collection will begin on Monday, January 15th, 2024. Kindly plan your visit accordingly.

3. Location:
   All certificates will be collected from the DVC-ASA office. Please check with the DVC-ASA office for further instructions.
4. Required Documents:
   Come prepared with your student identification card and any other necessary documents for verification.
