23rd October 2026 – Clearance Deadline

Clearance of fees and other graduation requirements.

13th November 2026 – Graduation Fee Payment

Friday, 13th November 2026

Deadline for payment of graduation fees.

17th November 2026 – Graduation Rehearsal

Tuesday, 17th November 2026

Graduation rehearsal for prospective graduands.

18th November 2026 – Graduation Ceremony

Wednesday, 18th November 2026

The 15th Graduation Ceremony of the University of Eldoret.

Graduation Fees

The applicable graduation and alumni fees for the various academic awards are listed below. All amounts are in Kenya Shillings (KSh).

Doctorates

Graduation Fee: KSh 6,500
Alumni Fee: KSh 1,000
Total Payable: KSh 7,500

Masters

Graduation Fee: KSh 6,000
Alumni Fee: KSh 1,000
Total Payable: KSh 7,000

Postgraduate Diplomas (PGD)

Alumni Fee: KSh 1,000

Bachelors
