Confirmation and Correction of Order of Names for 2025/2026 Graduands

The University of Eldoret, through the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & Students' Affairs), wishes to notify all prospective graduands for the 2025/2026 academic year of the need to confirm the correct order of their names ahead of the 15th Graduation Ceremony.

Confirmation and Correction Deadline

Friday, 6th November 2026

All prospective graduands are required to verify the order of their names against the provisional graduation lists being uploaded to the University website.

Graduands are advised to liaise with their respective Schools and the Admissions Office to confirm their details and make any necessary corrections before the stipulated deadline.

Important Notice

Please note that failure to confirm and correct the order of names within the stipulated period will attract penalties once graduation certificates have been printed and are ready for collection, as indicated in the official memorandum.

All affected students are therefore encouraged to take the necessary action before the deadline to ensure that their names appear correctly on their graduation certificates.
