Commission for University of Education Research Team at UoE

The Commission for University Education research team visited the University to undertake Focus Group discussions centred on their research on disruptive technologies within the sphere of University Education in Kenya. The study is driven by the necessity to assess how disruptive technologies, including online learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual reality (VR) have significantly altered the traditional framework of Kenyan universities.

The CUE research team, under the leadership of Prof. Jackson Too, the Deputy Director for Research and Innovation, was hosted and welcomed to the University by Prof. Samuel Lutta (Ag. DVC-ASA) on behalf of Prof. Godfrey Netondo, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & Students’ Affairs).
