Day 2 of the Mid-Level Staff Retreat at KSG Kabarnet was graced by the presence of the University of Eldoret Vice Chancellor, Prof. Thomas Cheruiyot, who shared his vision for institutional transformation and the strategic repositioning of the University. His  keynote address underscored leadership driven change as a foundation for sustainable growth, aligning closely with the TAGDev 2.0 mission of transforming African agricultural universities to meaningfully contribute to Africa’s development.

Building on this leadership perspective, the day’s sessions focused on institutional culture, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and productive time management key elements in shaping a mindset that supports accountability, efficiency, and service excellence across the University.
