Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management

Requirement:

  • A candidate must have passed the KCSE with a mean grade of C+ and a minimum grade of C+ in the following cluster subjects:
    Alternative A (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Geography) or Alternative B (Biological Science, Physical Science, Mathematics, Geography, any other subject from Group III)
  • 'A' Level School candidates must have scored a minimum of Division II in KCE and two Principal Passes in KACE, or their equivalents in any of the biological or physical sciences
  • Candidates directly from school will be admitted to year I of study

Candidates with Diploma Certificates

Admission may also be granted to candidates with an outstanding diploma in a relevant field from institutions recognized by University of Eldoret Senate:

  • Candidates with a distinction or credit and at least one year's relevant working experience will be admitted to Year II of Study
  • Candidates with a distinction or credit in a relevant Higher National Diploma (HND) or its equivalent will be admitted to Year III of Study
  • All other diploma candidates with a pass and relevant experience will be admitted to Year I of Study
