The University of Eldoret wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various Degrees and Diplomas that the 14th Graduation Ceremony will be held physically on Thursday, 20th November 2025, at 8.00 am at the University Pavilion. Prior to the graduation ceremony, there will be a rehearsal for graduation on Wednesday, 19th November 2025, starting at 8.00 am to 11.00 am at the same venue.
All Graduands are expected to pay the revised graduation and alumni fees as follows;

The graduation regalia will be picked by all Graduands from their respective schools starting from Thursday 13th, November 2025 to Tuesday, 18th November 2025 and be returned to the Schools by Friday, 28th November, 2025.
This is also to bring to your attention that it is the responsibility of all Graduands to confirm the following information with their respective Deans of Schools;
- Examination results
- Accuracy and order of names
All Graduands are expected to clear fee arrears and all other dues owed to the University, failure to which shall lead to disqualification from the graduation ceremony.
Furthermore, all Graduands are expected to adhere to the set deadlines as stipulated.
