Dr. Robert Aming’a is an accomplished scholar, teacher and teacher educator with an experience of over 30 years having successfully served in various secondary schools, teacher-training colleges and now at the University of Eldoret as a Home Science and technology education specialist. He holds a PhD in Curriculum Studies with bias in Home Science education (University of Eldoret). At the university of Eldoret, apart from serving as senior Lecturer in Home Science and Technology education, he has previously served in various administrative positions namely, Head of Department Center for Teacher Education, School of Education teaching practice zone coordinator, academic leader B.Ed. Home Science and Technology and M.Ed. Home Science and Technology, School of Education time table coordinator and currently serving as the Deputy Director (Academics and Students Affairs) University of Eldoret Town campus. Dr. Aming’a has successfully supervised postgraduate students in addition to publishing extensively in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Aming’a is a member of the Kenya Nutritionists and Dieticians Institute (KNDI) and Kenya Association of Educational Administration and Management (KAEAM) affiliated to Commonwealth Council for Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM).
