The Dynamic Innovators and Companrique Enterprises - two teams representing the University of Eldoret - recently unveiled their innovative ideas at the distinguished HULT Prize competition hosted at Strathmore University.

Dynamic innovators captured the spotlight by advancing to the final round -distinguished as the sole undergraduate-led team to accomplish this impressive milestone! Their innovative bird-scarer system, engineered to aid farmers in safeguarding their crops from avian pests, is now under consideration for further incubation following post-competition discussions.

Companrique Enterprises also made a notable impression, showcasing eco-friendly briquettes derived from farm waste - offering a cleaner, more sustainable substitute for conventional charcoal dust.

Although they did not secure the title of overall champions, both teams demonstrated the remarkable potential of youth-led innovations in addressing pressing global challenges.
