The team from Kenya Institute for Curriculum Development team, who were on campus to facilitate the Competency-Based Education Training, paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor. They were received by Prof. Nicholas Makau (Ag. Vice-Chancellor) on behalf of Prof. Thomas Cheruiyot.

Prof. Makau assured the KICD team, led by Dr. Josephat Miheso, that the University was unwavering in its commitment to ensuring the preparedness for the implementation of the CBE curriculum was progressing as planned, and that the training they were facilitating was aligned with the ongoing process. The KICD facilitators included Mr. Patrick Andika and Mr. Arthur Mdoga. Dr. Hosea Kiplagat, the Dean - School of Education, accompanied them for the courtesy visit.
