This is to inform you that the Certificates and Transcripts for the 14th Graduation Ceremony are ready for collection as from today, 20th February, 2026.
The schedule for collection is as follows:
After months of hands-on fieldwork in Bomet County, a group of MSc students from the University of Eldoret took the next step in their research journey at the International Livestock Research Institute’s (ILRI) Mazingira Centre — a world-class environmental research facility in Nairobi, Kenya. Their experience, as part of the HABITAT Project — Harnessing Pasture Biodiversity and Productivity — offered an invaluable immersion into laboratory science, data analysis, and global scientific discourse.
For many agricultural students, real-world experience transforms textbook learning into meaningful practice. A team of students from the University of Eldoret’s Department of Soil Science recently experienced this firsthand through a month-long field attachment in Bomet County, Kenya, as part of the HABITAT Project (Harnessing Pasture Biodiversity and Productivity) — funded by the Global Centre on Biodiversity and Climate (GCBC) and supported by the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and Bangor University.

The second edition of the IPMO Quarterly Bulletin (Volume 1, Issue 2, covering September–December 2025) celebrates the growing culture of innovation and entrepreneurship taking root across the university.

It is with great joy and gratitude that I reflect on my journey at the University of Eldoret. Becoming the Valedictorian class of 2025 is an achievement I could not have reached alone. Throughout this demanding program, I was pushed to my limits, but it was the support of my lecturers, family, friends, classmates, and mentors that kept me moving forward.
The University of Eldoret through the Directorate of Quality Assurance conducted an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System awareness seminar for members of the Student Council and Class Representatives on 10Th December, 2025.
